The forecourt remains an everyday transport space, not the entrance to an enclosed amusement park. Searching the complete Japanese event name helps distinguish it from other stations and older editions.
Blue Light in an Everyday Station Setting

Railings, low planting and trees also carry blue lights, while traffic and ordinary station infrastructure remain visible.
